If you look around at the average people who make up modern western society, you’ll see quite literally all shapes and sizes. Morbidly obese slobs, fat slobs, thin unmuscular string-bean types, effeminate faggy so-called men; you get the point. Basically a repulsive bunch of degenerates for the most part! Obviously there are an ever dwindling number of people in good physical shape too… Hopefully you’re one of these. The majority of the White Race seems to have lost any sort of pride in keeping a healthy physical shape. This is a disturbing pattern not given enough attention by most. Physical degenerates who couldn’t fight their way out of wet paper bags are no good to anyone…

How the fuck did it get like this?

Everyone’s heard the old saying, “a sound mind can only dwell in a sound body”. On rare occasions there may be exceptions, but generally the rule holds true. What good are clever fat slobs or skinny weaklings when the crunch comes? Not alot.

In the modern west most Whites fit into the broad physical degenerate category AND they are dumb as shit too… It’s a real winning mix for resisting and fighting the Jewish system!

All these useless physical degenerates are never going to care about real politics or get off their lazy arses for anything. They don’t care who is ruling them in the slightest. They only care about the basic necessities of life: food, shelter, sleep etc. In the end it all boils down to our 1% (hopefully it’s more than that) versus the J-Teams 1% (As Wolf Wall St puts it).

We have the potential to get alot more numbers on our side. The receptive people amongst us must take heed of a positive, healthy lifestyle. This means not eating shit food and exercising. I would suggest that the average person looking to improve their overall health incorporate 3 or 4 half hour sessions of STRENUOUS exercise into their average week. The benefits will be enormous for the currently inactive person looking to improve themselves.

Don’t get me wrong though; I do eat some junk food because I like to now and then, but overall my diet is good. I also love beer & if you asked any so-called ‘expert’ they would say I drink too much….. Well, blah blah blah, I don’t care, it’s how I relax and unwind. I think that 3 or 4 beers actually makes you think clearer!

Beer and junk food now and then. Those are my vices and everyone has some (and probably needs them for that matter!) It’s part of the human condition.

Another part of the human condition is self-discipline (or at least it should be). I am extremely determined to maintain my physical strength and I exercise daily to do it. I like to do half an hour a day, give or take a bit depending on what sort of work I’m doing at the time.

Personally I like a mixture of activities; running, weights, cycling, boxing, and trekking. It’s good having a mixture so you never get bored doing it. I could probably do a third of what I do and still maintain good physical fitness, but I like pushing myself. I’m my own worst enemy when it comes to exercise!

For what it’s worth this is what I suggest: If you eat poorly and you’re unfit, then you’ll have to use some self-discipline and willpower. Introduce some good foods and some physical activity GRADUALLY. You’ll thank yourself for it. We are going to need as many intelligent, able-bodied, strong people as we can get in this fight for the survival of our race. 15-Year-Old Girl Exposes Holocaust Lies

This is a very heartening story! It’s nice to know that some young minds don’t buy all that Spielberg crap! – BDL1983

A 15-year-old girl from Southern California who attends a public high school tells the story of how she recently became aware of questions concerning the holocaust. After hearing the establishment’s version of the ‘shoah’ in her history class for weeks along with persistent rumors that Obamacare included provisions for microchipping all Americans, she was very upset at all the frightening and traumatizing details. But then she had an encounter which led her to question what she had been taught, and decided to conduct her own investigation.

Upon completion of her research, she decided to submit a report for a school project in an elective class she was taking for extra credit. She titled it ‘Holohoax,’ and got an A on the report! Unfortunately for the regime, the widely accepted version of the ‘holocaust’ which has been passed down for generations and constantly promoted through Hollywood propaganda films is not enough to brainwash the youth, who are increasingly thinking for themselves, outside the box.

Holohoax

A lie known worldwide, spreading to clueless people and creating disaster everywhere, has caused so many German lives to be spitefully taken. The “Holocaust”, an alleged story of millions of Jews being tortured in concentration camps, has been proven time and time again to be inaccurate, For the acclaimed number of murdered Jews to be true is impossible, proven so not only by logic, but also the fact that the “survivors” of these events have been known to and even admitted to being paid to lie about it. This in itself should be proof enough of this act of misleading propaganda being false, but there is indeed more evidence.

One reason to believe that the Holocaust is a lie is that the Jews claimed to have been murdered in gas chambers, groups as a time. However, no evidence of such occurrences has been shown or documented. According to scientists who were assigned to study the bodies of the victims of World War 2, “Most of them died from typhus epidemics. Most of the rest of them died from starvation and lack of medical supply care resulting from allied bombing raids against food and medical supply lines. Another thing that contradicts the lies of faulty “survivors” is that the number of Jews said to be killed in the camps was inaccurately stated. Six million Jews were supposedly killed in the Holocaust, when not even such an amount existed in Europe entirely, let alone Germany. “In 1939, there were nearly 15,700,000 Jews in the world. After the Second World War that number had risen to over 18,000,000 Jews. What this means is that of the 15,000,000 original Jews on the planet, 6,000,000 were gassed, leaving only some 9,000,000-plus. Not only do we have visible proof of the holocaust being a lie, but also some very trustworthy witness: The American Red Cross. The Red Cross was asked to do an investigation and search of the camps and corpses, and make accurate reports on their findings. “Says the Report: ‘In the chaotic condition of Germany after the invasion during the final months of the war, the camps received no food supplies at all and starvation claimed an increasing number of victims. Itself alarmed by this situation, the German Government at last informed the ICRC on February 1st, 1945 … In March 1945, discussions between the President of the ICRC and General of the S.S. Kaltenbrunner gave even more decisive results. Relief could henceforth be distributed by the ICRC, and one delegate was authorized to stay in each camp …’ (Vol. III, p. 83).” (http://www.ihr.org/books/harwood/dsmrd01.html) In reading this, one may conclude that the Germans did not intentionally kill the Jews, but strove to maintain lives. Many of the allegations against the Germans made by Jews involved gas chambers, which they claimed to be stripped, shaved, and gathered into for a mass killing. However, in order for a gas chamber to exist on a premise, there must be airtight doors and high chimneys, neither of which was found at the former “death camps.” Also, there is no proof of the gassed Jews except for allegations made by hired phony witnesses. According to the Red Cross, “Though six million Jews supposedly died in the gas chambers, not one body has ever been autopsied and found to have died of gas poisoning. We have been shown piles of bodies from World War II, but most of these persons died of typhus or starvation or Allied bombings and a great many of those were murdered Germans – the equivalent of ten football fields should be packed full of gassed bodies to present as evidence, yet not one body has ever been discovered.” (http://www.biblebelievers.org.au/holohoax.htm) If this is not proof enough, what else is needed? What excuse can be made in retort?

This is not to say that the Holocaust did not take place. It is only to prove that it did not happen as it was told according to the Jews. Not only in the camps, but all over the world, people died; suffered from starvation, typhus and bombing raids in World War 2. Lastly, without being given the evidence that it did happen as it is told, we are shown clues that the effects on Europe of World War 2 was much different; not a story that would benefit the Jews, giving them compensation each month for some thing that was simply a hyperbole.

Australia: We have a Jewish Problem!

AN attack on a landmark declaration against anti-Semitism appears to have backfired, with more than 50 Coalition MPs signing the historic document this week.

The London Declaration on Combating Anti-Semitism, signed by Prime Minister Julia Gillard on April 23, the first Australian parliamentarian to do so, was blasted this week by Sydney academic Professor Stuart Rees. Rees is a council member of the University of Sydney’s Centre for Peace and Conflict Studies, which supports the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement. The centre last year tried to stop the university’s Israel Research Forum, which brought together Israeli and Australian academics to share research.

The academic’s tirade came after senior Liberal frontbencher Christopher Pyne signed the declaration, already signed by 125 parliamentarians globally.

“Recently, the University of Sydney was plagued by anti-Israel activists promoting the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) campaign against Israel,” said Pyne as he signed the declaration.

“Activism, boycotts and sometimes sanctions campaigns aren’t always anti-Semitic, but when you target individual businesses because they are Jewish, it is clearly anti-Semitic.

In an email obtained by The Australian, Rees slammed Pyne’s comments as “the usual childish, thoughtless but easily populist response”.

Asked if his comments also applied to the Prime Minister, he replied: “Of course”.

“The resort to charges of anti-Semitism regarding the worldwide criticisms of the internationally illegal policies of the government of Israel is an age-old technique to stifle any criticism of blatant human rights abuses,” Rees said.

Liberal MP Josh Frydenberg (this ones a Jew by the way… BDL1983) responded by asking a group of Coalition MPs to sign the declaration. After Question Time on Tuesday, dozens of MPs, including Opposition Leader Tony Abbott, followed Pyne’s example. Key Coalition senators were also set to sign it this week.

Describing the wave of support for the declaration as “fantastic”, Frydenberg told The AJN: “The declaration is an important document which shines a light on the resurgence of anti-Semitism worldwide while outlining a series of practical measures to counter this scourge. Only with the efforts of free thinking, community-minded individuals and governments representing both sides of the political divide can we take the united action necessary to build tolerance and understanding in our society.”

Attorney-General Mark Dreyfus, who was among a number of Labor MPs who also signed the declaration, said the PM was acting in the interests of the country. “The Prime Minister represented our nation, our government and the parliamentary Labor Party when she signed the London Declaration Combating Anti-Semitism,” he said.

THE WHITE LIBERALS

I’ve been thinking about the role of White Liberals in this stinking great big Jew run mess known as the Western World. I truly believe that most of these White Liberals are actually well-intentioned people at heart; problem is that they have virtually zero capacity for critical thought, let alone independent thinking. Whenever a person lacks these essential faculties for engaging in political discourse they must be excluded from it. Unfortunately, in the west today it is these types who are the only ones given any real voice. This is a large part of why we are in the mess we are in!

In Australia, White Liberals are also known as ‘do-gooders’. William L Pierce used to refer to them as lemmings. Truth is they will not pay any attention to cold hard FACTS which contradict their Jew programmed Worldview. They have zero interest in gaining any real political knowledge. They only care about appearing popular by agreeing with what all the other White Liberals say and do. They gauge their own sanity on whether other White Liberals agree with them. They feel good about themselves because all the other fucking idiots agree with them! They are far too stupid and naive to ever look outside the box. WE WILL NEVER CHANGE THESE TYPES! They have no real commitment to their political views which are implanted in them by the Jew media. This is why they flim-flam around on issues. They squirm around if someone brings up a topic and they are unsure what the other White Liberals would say!

The White Liberals are the masses essentially. Their minds and actions are bought and paid for by Jew Mass-Media. The reason we won’t ever change these types is because there is ZERO chance of us taking over the Jews Media. If we could take the media then we could alter mainstream opinions pretty quickly, but it’s not going to happen. William L Pierce mentioned these problems quite regularly. Rich & Keith over at Truth Militia are right about White Liberals: forget about saving them, they are gone, and why the fuck would you want to live among them anyway??

We should focus our efforts towards enlightening the 10-15% who are worth saving. Forget the rest of them!

The White Liberals are also a big part of why the ‘White Republic’ idea is a pipe-dream in the current world political situation. For a start, the non-whites in our formerly white nations would never leave whites alone anyway, and then we’d have to deal with White Liberal retards……… Fuck that!

The Jew system must lose its strength, only then as shit collapses, can the 10-15% of worthwhile Whites even consider trying to form new homelands. And don’t worry, Natures Law will make the Jew system fall under its own weight. Hopefully the 10-15% can physically get away from the multi-racial areas, and the White Liberals stay there and get what they fucking deserve!! I hate these White Liberals as much as the Jews, probably even more! I sincerely hope the Jews give these idiots what they deserve with compound interest on top! (How Jewy’s that? Hahaha) I’m also sure the darker races won’t let this opportunity for rape, robbery, and murder slip them by!

If you are in the 10-15% and know the truth about Jews and Race etc, then it is your duty to try to enlighten others who should be in the 10-15%. We maximise our numbers that way. And for fucks sake, if you are living in a heavily multi-racial area, remove yourself from it, find some rural place as far away from it as possible, and work on establishing self-sufficiency and independence, as much as your situation allows.

Hell, I live in Australia, have no debt, and I’m saving my shekels to buy a rural property. I’ll eventually stick a house on it and try to make myself as self-sufficient and independent as possible. In the meantime I’m going to try to network with more like-minded people. Other than that I’m going to take a step back and enjoy the chaos!!!!
