Mark Aldridge is an Independent candidate for the Federal Senate in South Australia and has been a long-time campaigner for electoral reform. He asks for people to treat their vote with the value it deserves.

AFTER A DECADE of putting forward my candidacy at state and federal level and taking up the fight for honest democracy and electoral reform, I have watched matters move from bad to even worse.

The two party system is so entrenched in our political lives, the idea of a free and informed vote has become a thing of the past. Sadly, while we continue to let those that benefit most from structural biases write the electoral laws, any hope of reform in favor of honest democracy remains in the realms of fairy tale fiction. (Forget it mate; so-called “honest democracy” is a JOKE! – BDL1983)

Names are deliberately left off ballot papers; major media outlets enforce black bans of certain candidates; dodgy postal voting applications run rife; how to vote information is absent; identities are being stolen; there is mass misrepresentation in political advertising; and candidates make false promise with utter impunity. And those are just the issues that are “out in the open”; undoubtedly, there are other dodgy practices going on in the background that never see the light of day. (He’s not wrong here & that’s only just scratching the surface! I wonder if I could run under the banner of “The Australian ‘Expel The Parasite’ Party”? Or would I get the medias “black ban” for my controversial views….. – BDL1983)

Despite public awareness of these sorts of practices in Australian elections, we continue to reward the perpetrators with our precious votes.

Dishonest how to vote information, manipulated electoral rolls, the supply of pencils to fill in our ballots and the lack of equity within the two-party counting system are some of the issues that attract little or no attention in the media. (pencil supplies are a critical part of the “democratic” process! You’ve gotta laugh – BDL1983)

Even the court of disputed returns, which is meant to enforce democratic process in elections, ensures that any petition to declare the result of an election void, regardless of the conduct it complains about, is always unsuccessful.

The media sell the party leaders, yet the parties can remove them at will. This means that in an educated and fair system electoral system, we would scrutinize the candidates we do personally vote for − the ones in the upper house and in our electorate − but who are they?

Manipulation of information has become a massive business. Manipulation of the two parties even more so. This allows those in big business who donate to the big parties and the media unbridled control over the outcomes of elections and the future of our country. (Sounds like Mr. Aldridge is on our side here….. He doesn’t like Democracy after all! Why bother standing for it then? – BDL1983)

The most important issues facing our future, such as adequate water, power, food production, health, education, civil rights and liberties, community safety, population growth, the economy and environmental issues all receive headlines but very little productive action. It seems as if inaction itself is part of a grand plan, or offers some financial benefit. (Can’t expect productivity with Dr. Do-littles sitting in parliament… – BDL1983)

The people of this fine country are so busy trying to make ends meet, and so sick of the political spin, a large majority have all but given up on the idea of change. And considering the information we are being given by the media, who only flog the two horse race of Abbot or Gillard, apathy becomes understandable. (He still doesn’t like democracy…. – BDL1983)

Actually, Mr. Aldridge is probably a lot more aware AND better informed than the average voter, and he still knows virtually nothing about REAL political power in this country!

This video shows us something we can do with our voting slips, rather than just drawing swastikas, or putting a box with the name A. Hitler and ticking it, or writing 88 on it…. I’m going to do what the video says just for the hell of it….. 99.999% chance it’s a complete waste of time…….. But……. What the hell!!! My vote is PRECIOUS after all.

Rabbi: Young boys may have consented to sex

A senior Australian rabbi who failed to stop an alleged paedophile from sexually abusing boys at a Sydney Jewish school said some of the man’s victims may have consented to sexual relations and warned that involving police now would ”open a can of worms”.

Former senior Sydney rabbi Boruch Dov Lesches, who is now one of New York’s leading ultra-Orthodox figures, made his remarks in a recent conversation with a person familiar with a series of alleged child rapes and molestation carried out by one man associated with Sydney’s Yeshiva community in the 1980s. Rabbi Lesches’ comments are likely to increase scrutiny of Australia’s senior rabbinical leaders’ handling of child sex abuse cases, amid allegations of cover-ups, victim intimidation and the hiding of perpetrators overseas.

In a legally recorded telephone conversation heard by Fairfax Media and provided to NSW detectives investigating the Sydney Yeshiva cases, Rabbi Lesches admitted to counselling the alleged abuser upon learning that he had sexually abused a boy a decade his junior. Rabbi Lesches said he told the man that both he and the boy would be forced to leave the Yeshiva community if he could not control his urges.

”If not, both of them would have to leave,” he said.

Rabbi Lesches, who never informed police of the abuse, said he did not know that the man had ignored his warning and gone on to sexually interfere with at least three other boys during the late ’80s. He said other Yeshiva leaders were responsible for supervising the man.

In the conversation, Rabbi Lesches suggested one of the man’s victims, who was aged about 11 at the time of the abuse, may have been a consensual partner. ”Everyone was telling different stories and trying to put the blame on someone else,” he said.

”We are speaking about very young boys … everybody says about the other one that ‘he agreed to this’.”

When challenged on his position that young boys could give consent, Rabbi Lesches replied, ”You would be surprised,” and added that some non-Jewish boys, who he termed ”goyim”, began acting or thinking sexually ”from the age of five”. He also said teenagers from poor backgrounds had ”nothing else to do in life, only thinking 24 hours about sex” with each other, members of their own families and even ”dogs”.

Rabbi Lesches also said reporting the alleged abusers to police so many years after incidents occurred would ”destroy them and their children” and cause pain for victims.

”Do not talk this way … when it is such a long time ago, everybody suffers,” he said. ”If you start to do something about it will not be productive.”

A traditional rule known as Mesirah, which prohibits a Jew from reporting another’s wrongdoing to non-Jewish authorities, remains a big influence in some ultra-Orthodox communities.

Rabbi Lesches, who did not respond to questions from Fairfax Media, is the third senior rabbinical leader to be identified as having known something about the abuse of boys at the Sydney Yeshiva in the ’80s.

In February, Fairfax Media reported how the alleged perpetrator, who was sent overseas, had recently admitted guilt to some of his victims and told of how the centre’s spiritual leader, Rabbi Pinchus Feldman, once warned him to stop what he was doing.

In response to that story, Rabbi Feldman released a statement saying he had no recollection of anyone confessing to him their involvement in child sexual abuse 25 years ago.

In early March, another senior rabbinical leader, Rabbi Moshe Gutnick, admitted he did not contact police after a young boy contacted him more than 20 years ago to report sexual abuse at Bondi’s Yeshiva.

Rabbi Gutnick, who heads the Organisation of Rabbis of Australasia, said he received an anonymous phone call and alerted senior members of the Yeshiva to the boy’s claims. He said that with the benefit of hindsight ”I would have probably called the police”.

Rabbi Gutnick is understood to have told Bondi detectives recently all that he could recall about the phone call. In a statement published in the Australian Jewish News earlier this year, he said he ”felt deeply saddened that I had not recognised what I only now know was a legitimate cry for help”.

OPPOSITION Leader Tony Abbott addressed a packed room at Palladium at Crown in Melbourne as part of an Australia-Israel Chamber of Commerce (AICC) event on Monday.

With an election (elections being something Jews run – BDL1983) showdown looming, Abbott spoke about the challenges facing the country, including the national debt, infrastructure and government spending. He also spoke about the “extraordinary contribution” made by Jews to Australian society. (Sickening – BDL1983)

“GOOD MORNING AUSTRALIA”………

Aaarrgghhh!……. Fuck it all, it’s morning again and I’ve gotta get up!

This is what I think pretty much every morning as my phone alarm blares the “Horst Wessel Lied” in my ear. It’s supposed to motivate me to get up, but nothing really works when it’s freezing cold! After accidentally pressing snooze a couple of times I eventually stagger out of bed, boil the kettle, and drink a couple boiling hot coffees….

My coffee NEVER looks like this by the way……….

After that I’m warm and “good to go” for the day….. Provided I don’t turn the T.V. on! But you know what? Sometimes I do turn it on! I guess I’m a thrill seeker when it comes to the Televits because the “Morning T.V.” content is atrocious! You need a sense of humour to handle the absolute shit they expect us to view!

If I turn on the T.V. this is what I usually get:

It’s more like “coloured scumbags, nearly all male, hoping to get to Australia where they’ll be given a free ride at the taxpayers’ expense”! And all this because our Jew-controlled government signed all the UN treaties to accept everyone based on the ridiculous concept of “human rights”…. Another Jew idea to make us accept any featherless biped as “human”…. We’re all the same…. Right…… Anyway, they always have some “heartbreaking” story about a small child who has drowned falling out a rickety boat…. Cry cry sob sob…. and then a few others “lost at sea, feared dead”… More tears….. Fuck this, me too angry, change channels, Flick:

When it’s time for the financial segment he usually stands up, get his pointy finger out, and points at some stupid graph of false statistics showing us how the US recovery is going well, how Europe is “turning around”…….. Blah blah blah…… Then he’ll give us some “wise” advice on how to cope with our ever tightening budgets! He always has a sly “gloating” look as he says his stuff…. Typical sly Jewy crap…. Sometimes he gets really cocky and tells us quite blatantly how the big four banks are making record profits, then in the next mouthful tells us what we need to do during “tough economic times”……. “Hmmmmm, the Goy must be really stupid”….. I’ll bet that’s what he’s thinking! Maybe he’s right! If us Goy can’t figure out that we are being screwed by the banks, then maybe we deserve it!! Bank = Record Profits, People = Tough times; you don’t have to be a genius to see who’s doin’ the fleecing!

Then they’ll get back to the stories. Mel will introduce a story about “Racism” or “Sexism” or “Homophobic remarks” someone made on Twitter, or some bullshit like that…. Kochie usually takes over and explains the Jew PC “mode of behaviour” Channel 7 would like us all to conform to….. Mel and whatever other idiot is sitting on the couch nod as Kochie makes his point; or shake their heads slowly as Kochie explains to us the terrible “racial” slurs uttered on the football field…. This is a truly sickening spectacle, trust me….. Flick:

Well, actually, they can if they say the species is threatened by “Climate Change” or some rubbish like that….. Flick:

Last but not least: SBS, German News, in German… I can usually handle this rather well since it’s easy to block out by not concentrating on understanding the German. But I’ll tell you what, when I do pay attention I can understand enough German to get the gist of what they are talking about… and it’s never good…. Basically DW-TV news goes like this:

Beer drinkers rejoice: Your favorite brew may be healthier than you think.

For years, wine drinkers have indulged without guilt, reveling in the news that red wine can help protect against heart disease. Recent research shows that beer can also be good for what ails you, from reducing risk for broken bones to helping warding off diabetes and mental decline. It can even increase longevity, a large study suggests.

However, the key to tapping into beer’s benefits is moderation, meaning just one 12-ounce beer per day for women and two for men. Heavy drinking ups the threat of liver damage, some cancers, and heart problems. Bingeing on brewskis can also make you fat, since a 12-ounce regular beer has about 150 calories, while light beer has about 100.

Here are 10 surprising—and healthy—reasons to cheer about your next beer.

1. Stronger Bones

Beer contains high levels of silicon, which is linked to bone health. In a 2009 study at Tufts University and other centers, older men and women who swigged one or two drinks daily had higher bone density, with the greatest benefits found in those who favored beer or wine. However, downing more than two drinks was linked to increased risk for fractures.

For the best bone-building benefits, reach for pale ale, since a 2010 study of 100 types of beer from around the word identified these brews as richest in silicon, while light lagers and non-alcoholic beers contained the least.

2. A Stronger Heart

A 2011 analysis of 16 earlier studies involving more than 200,000 people, conducted by researchers at Italy’s Fondazion di Ricerca e Cura, found a 31 percent reduced risk of heart disease in those who quaffed about a pint of beer daily, while risk surged in those who guzzled higher amounts of alcohol, whether beer, wine, or spirits.

More than 100 studies also show that moderate drinking trims risk of heart attacks and dying from cardiovascular disease by 25 to 40 percent, Harvard reports. A beer or two a day can help raise levels of HDL, the “good” cholesterol that helps keep arteries from getting clogged.

3. Healthier Kidneys

A study in Finland singled out beer among other alcoholic drinks, finding that each bottle of beer men drank daily lowered their risk of developing kidney stones by 40 percent. One theory is that beer’s high water content helped keep kidneys working, since dehydration increases kidney stone risk.

It’s also possible that the hops in beer help curb leeching of calcium from bones; that “lost” calcium also could end up in the kidneys as stones.

4. Boosting Brain Health

A beer a day may help keep Alzheimer’s disease and other dementia at bay, researchers say.

A 2005 study tracking the health of 11,000 older women showed that moderate drinkers (those who consumed about one drink a day) lowered their risk of mental decline by as much as 20 percent, compared to non-drinkers. In addition, older women who downed a drink a day scored as about 18 months “younger,” on average, on tests of mental skills than the non-drinkers.

5. Reduced Cancer Risk

A Portuguese study found that marinating steak in beer eliminates almost 70 percent of the carcinogens, called heterocyclic amines (HCAs) produced when the meat is pan-fried. Researchers theorize that beer’s sugars help block HCAs from forming.

Scientists also have found that beer and wine contain about the same levels of antioxidants, but the antioxidants are different because the flavonoids found in hops and grapes are different.
